Q: What would you charge for a flyer or a poster?
A: My prices are based on the amount of design time I spend on a project, not on the size or type of product the design will be used on. All projects are unique and require different amounts of time to complete so posting prices would be nearly impossible, but with pricing starting as low as $35, you can't afford not to send me an inquiry. Email me a brief description of your project, I'll get you a quote within a day or two. I keep my pricing as low as possible in the interest of earning your long-term business.
Q: How fast can you finish my design?
A: Average turn-around times are between 1-5 days on most print and web ads. There is no way to estimate how long a website will take. I do have rush service available for most of my services (excluding website design) for just a $50 premium, so if you are in a pinch, then I'm an excellent resource for you.
Q: What are your terms for payment?
A: My preferred method of payment is PayPal. In most cases I require a 50% deposit to start your project, and the balance due upon completion.
Q: I'm old school, and I'm nervous about hiring someone online. How do I know you're not going to burn me?
A: Although I've worked very hard over the years to maintain an extremely high customer satisfaction rate, nobody is perfect. If for some reason things don't work out, I will issue you a refund. Secondly, I take my payments through PayPal, the #1 online payment solution. They back buyers with a 100% buyer's
satisfaction guarantee, so if for some reson I fall off the deep end, then PayPal will refund 100% of your money. Can't do any better than that!
Q: I'm hosting a charity event, and was wondering if you could donate your design services to a worthy cause.
A: Depending on the cause, I may be able to discount my services, but I'm going to use much discretion in choosing these types of projects.
